I wanted to send and email to Sunset Ranch and a Thank You for the hard work in putting my trailer together. I can hardly wait to use it for the Manawa 4th. of July Parade. I truly enjoyed working with Deb and Dale and all the help that was given in helping me meet my needs. By far very very superior when it comes to people skills, calling or emailing information back as well as keeping a person posted on the progress of my Hawk trailer order. They were also very instrumental in helping me to move my old trailer. They were always so encouraging in what my needs were and when they heard my concerns and always addressed the need. I am from the "Old school" of PR so this issue was huge in my book and I would and WILL, highly recommmend this couple to anyone who asks me about trailers, both used and new. Deb, Just wanted to let you know that I LOVE my New Hawk trailer!!! It is gorgeous and the Quality is unsurpassed!! I am so happy with it!! I remember seeing Dale turn the corner into the driveway at the stable towing my trailer, and my thinking, "Oh my gosh, it's beautiful!!" I've been getting lots of compliments on it from fellow boarders at the stable, as well. I can hardly wait to take it to a show!!! Of course it's passed the "unltimate" test as well, how does my horse like it? I walked Jake, my horse up to the trailer the day Dale delivered it, and without even stopping to look or sniff it, he just stepped right up and in it and walked down to the haybag and looked at me like " Well let's go somewhere!!!" It's obiviously very horse friendly in the way it's made with the light colors and all the windows. Oh, I Love the Rumber flooring too, that is wonderful!!! So thanks so much to you and Dale. Besides selling a wonderful product, you guys were a pleasure to do business with. You Made the whole process very easy and a pleasant one at that!!!
